There is an aphlict container running for all Phabricator instances hosted on the Nasqueron PaaS, so I guess it's only a matter of upgrade Phabricator + configure it (the config format has changed recently, so let's upgrade it first to avoid to have to reconfigure it in the future).

FYI, mailgun doesn't offer anymore incoming mail feature for free.
