Azhàr features a members list, but it doesn't tag who is member (effectif or adhérent) of the ASBL.

On the other side, we have to satisfy legal requirements a registry, as an ODS sheet, with:

• the member name
• the join date
• if applicable, the mutation (membre adhérent -> membre effectif) or resignation date

We should maintain this registry in the intranet.
